Hi, i got this from my grandma. I've had it for years. Someone told me it is carnival glass. What year or era does anyone think it is from? What is the design and shape called? What was intended used for?
No markings except a faint clear shape of what looks like a flower in the clear center bottom.

this is the Celestial pattern by Federal Glass c1970s, The glass has an iridescent finish. Examples at "R" to compare size for determining use:
