This is an Aero Flyer Express wagon. Paid $5 for it.. We THINK it's from the 30's. The paint is in pretty great condition as is the wood, missing one hubcap and a little rusty.. Trying to find out the value but cannot find it online anywhere, not the wagon itself and there isn't much at all about this manufacturer of the brand...Originally thought it was early Radio Flyer but that doesn't seem to be true. If anyone can tell me anything about it (age, value, etc) I'd appreciate it! Thanks :)

I'm refinishing the exact same wagon that we bought new in 1968 from a local hardware store for about $25. The metal handle & hubcaps are a later version I believe...1960's era, maybe 1950's. I cannot find any information about the manufacturer either. If you find out who made these wagons, please email me. The Aero Flyer wooden wagon has been around for many, many decades...but is not made anymore.

I believe that this wagon was able to be purchased in 1948. I have the identical wagon, however yours is better looking than mine. If you ever decide to sell it, please contact me. I have a picture of myself sitting in this style wagon when I was one year old. I've been looking for another wagon to assist me in restoring mine, the reason I am able to date your wagon so closely is that the earlier aero flyers had a wooden handle leading up to the pulling handle. Mine, like yours is steel.

Bill, you didnt leave a contact address ..... I have one that is in VERY VERY great condition.... I had purchased it fron the original owner and he sais it was from when he was 2 years old ,, around 1951. It is in original unrestored condition, few scratches on metal handle, and little wear at the wooden side rails, where they meet the wagons floor... nothing missing and GREAT COLOR... I am willing to sell it. I needto see what about they are going for... These are pretty rare, as I am finding out from searching on the internet for similar wagons....I have to say mine is in the best condition that I have found yet... MY EMAIL IS 301joe@gmail.com ...

I have an Aero Flyer that I found under a porch that my Grandparents owned. As it turned out my Mother bought it for her little brother back in the 40's (I think).
Its all wood with steal axels & supports , steel wheels & solid rubber tires. It has a wooden pull hdl. with a steel grip. I would like to restore it but not sure its the correct thing to do. Any thoughts ?? jimhoffner01@gmail.com

I have a very old aero flyer, all wood, wood under carriage, handle and wheels. I can't find one like it any place. I'm very interested in learning more and especially the value of such an old wagon.
