Purchased at an estate sale in Oklahoma for $10 dollars years ago. It needs fixing up, and I'd like to identify the model so I can get a manual or schematics. Anything will help!

Thanks everyone, this answers my questions (apart from what it's worth). It is indeed a Voice of Music, model number 857 6616 1297 A07, built in 1966 from what the website states. I have contacted them to see about the value and documentation.
Keramikos, interesting about the singer! Unfortunately I only have the label and not the actual record.
