Trying to identify this French Clock Circa 1810. Appears to be solid Brass, has a 'glass dome on rear' and the mechanics can be seen, the Pendulum appears to be mable on the circle base, original wind up key and chimes on the quarter hour. The letters "A.C" are inscribed on the mechanism (left side) with S. 120 stamped also on the mechanism base.
There are 2 areas on the face which the key fits to wind. Clock is in perfect working order. Can anyone assist with estimated value and if there is much interest in an item such as this. Any information on the name or identifying the maker would also be helpful. Thank you.
