BENRUS 21 Jewel Watch What is it?

Can anyone tell me something about this watch? From the information in the box, it is a Benrus, 21 jewel. There is no model number on the outside of the case. The only numbers are on the face at the 6' o'clock marker: 6861 to the left of the marker and 565 to the right. It has a blue, kind of holographic face that shifts with the viewing angle, and date window with red date numerals. The bracelet appears to be brushed stainless steel. I've scoured the internet and cannot find one like it. Any direction would be appreciated.
