Signed and numbered lithograph, can't read signature

Hello, I found this lithograph and it peaked my interest. But the name and signature are hard to decipher. I think the name of it is three to go, but can't be sure. The signature I believe the first name is George, the last name looks to start with a G as well. Help is much appreciated, Thank you!

I could not find a category for lithograph, so I had to choose painting and fine art, I apologise if that is a problem. I don't know what else to put it under.
