This is a form 3022 vase from the Fenton Glass Off Hand Line in lightly iridescent Jade Green with cobalt lip, foot, and pulled feather decoration. The line was produced for about one year in 1925-26. This one is a bit of a hen's tooth as these with the pulled feather décor only rarely become available.
This vase was marked on the base with a spurious Tiffany signature (fortunately not real visible) and production number.
