As you can see from the note from my mom, these were my grandmother's. I don't know the maker? The Sterling A9521 doesn't bring up anything for me on Google. The stamp is a W with 3 feathers or drop like marks on either side.
Any background on the age, maker, etc. would be appreciated...no one left for me to ask.
I have seen little sets like this years ago in Europe but they weren't salt and pepper they were nut meg shakers. Each person had his or her own shaker beside them.
