A nice filigree silver watch fob. Said to be Victorian and Islamic. Please if anyone can let me know what it is saying or any information would be helpful. Thanks.

Could be a signet owned by someone who has completed the Hajj to Mecca. Look up Hajj Mabroor.

I have one nearly identical to yours. A Muslim friend translated the script for me.
Arabic script varies greatly from one example to another. The script is an artform all by itself. I suggest you contact an Arabic speaker for assistance. I have seen fobs, signet ring, etc. with Hajj inscriptions. I think you have a very nice piece of art with religious significance.
