Picked this up from a friend and was Just curious on the age and maker of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That medallion on the top is interesting. Burning hearts. A marriage consecrated by the hand of the Trinity. Maybe a reference to Isaiah 59:7,8 and (Rom 3, 9-17) in German.
