Same as other grouping-- tourist pieces, probably made in the last 50 years.

scottvez is correct. These were really popular during the late 70's and 80's. New they sold for under $10 at sporting goods stores, Army & Navy and other discount stores and flea markets. I still have two or three kicking around that I use as letter openers.
