Sincere apologies for the terrible photos!
Neighbor found this dumped (Los Angeles) and gave it to me because I liked it.
Rocky (Bay Area/NorCal?) seascape with boat sinking/on fire on horizon.. large- about 2x4 feet for canvas alone.
Any ideas on who the artist is or time period? Looks like ‘’95 but could be ‘75. Google turned up nothing aside from a character on a recent show, which kind of cannibalized the search results.
