Just wondering if anyone knows anything about this bird. It was given to me many years ago. I’ve tried to research but come up with nothing. I believe it to be porcelain.

Looking at the signature and the base I think this may have been a hobby artist painting a porcelain blank. That means we may never know who painted your pretty bird.
Could it have been a family member?
