    This small cup is 3.5" diameter x 2.25" high. Probably too large for sake so maybe for tea use. Though small, it has a lot going on finish-wise. The color is somewhere between the two images shown in image #2. The more I look at it, the more impressed I become by the workmanship and attention to detail. I've seen this mark before and I am pretty sure it is a generic kiln mark, but don't remember which kiln.

      Such a beautiful gradient blue cup both inside & out, nice find!

      Thanks Jenni! I like the way the blue line around the circumference just barely turns to violet before turning back to blue... Not sure if the design was done by hand or if there is some stenciling...
