Husband found this chalk coin bank about 5 ft in the ground under a house built in the 30's in Fremont Washington while they were digging for the new foundations. Was told by a coworker that it very may well be a bank that was given to you to start a account during the Great Depression. But can not find any information on that except word of mouth from people.
