I can’t find any information on this banner, patch, and pin. Found bottom of box in estate sale. There are lot or Christchurch's(UK, New Zealand, etc). No similar banners. I think pin is key, screw on and word “Tides” and date 1961. It has a figure of a seahorse? in center.
Still searching and any help appreciated

I showed it to my mom who's English. She thinks it's from the Christchurch college, which is one of many colleges in Oxford University in the UK.

Yeah in Virginia. Tides was the name of their Yearbook. You can se how the badge has changed sometime from the one used today.
