Trying to find info on this very heavy rocker. Very well built. It’s been in the family since I was a little girl (Back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth)
I can see, what appears to be a Maker’s Mark?
Not sure. I was half tempted to get rid of it but something in me won’t let me do that.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Mid 20th century-- this type of sturdy furniture was popular into the 1970s.

Used to be very common family room decor.
