Quite an unusual key/tool. I don't really know if it is a key, but what I do know that its married up with a cracking bloodstone and ruby coloured stone, spinning pocket watch fob/seal. These spinning fobs are now quite popularly worn as a pendant .

Well all my other keys are hollow and vary in square sizes where this one is solid, unless there was a pocket watch that had a different winding mechanism, I'm sure someone may know?
