I do not know anything about this painting.
Does anyone know what medium it looks like it was painted with? What about the age? The woman looks like she is dressed as they would in the early 20th C but I am not sure. The frame is another question mark. What is the frame called or made of? It is part wood but it feels like a painted plaster on the front side. Any information would help.

Hello, this looks like other art by Franz von Lenbach. The lable states Judith by Lenbach...the title ids Judith. Wikipedia has a pretty good article on the artist.

First off, it is difficult to tell if this is a print or a painting from here, "IF" it is an actual painting, it could be very valuable. You need to take it to an auction house, or possibly a museum.
The wood frame is covered in a gesso (like plaster) and then painted with color.

It is a painting and not a print. It is rather small, about 11" tall and 6.5" wide. Thanks for the info too much stuff. I'm most definately going to take it to an auction house now.
