Was in my 96 year old fathers belongings. Really have no idea what it is. Would love some information on its use. What year is it from. What was it used for.

Barber's manual hair clipper. Electric models appeared in the 1950's. Still in use in many parts of the world.

Agree 100% w.Congcu. The stamped name/etc on the inside (or any other stampings/etc anywhere) will be where you'll need to start searching for more exact detail of who/where made it and when. Good luck! :-)

Thank you so much for the information ???? Congsu and AnythingObscure.
There is a stamp which looks like Tranafa or possibly Franafa.
