Walter Sanford Sketches

Hello, am looking for a little info on these sketches. I did a little looking through Google and believe them to be Walter Sanford as they came from Chicago and he was born and raised there. A little info about him stated he spent time in Mexico as well. How would I find these particular sketches and what they are worth? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
