Any Info About These Bentwood Chairs

I bought 4 of these yellow bentwood dining chairs with cane seats in the middle of this photo. I was only told they were made by an "Italian designer." Anybody have information about who made them, when, or value would be greatly appreciated? If so, email me at peberg1@hotmail.com.
