This was a surprise find, and a surprising mark, because the seller said nothing about it, and you could not see it in the listing images. If they only knew how important marks are to us. I had one instance when the seller removed the half label stick stuck on the base, all I got as a description of it was, it was brown...maybe.
So, attributing this small jar to Kralik, not only because of the mark but because of the choice of colors, which are consistent with many Kralik pieces. To the point I can make groupings from my collection, based on tones and the different and varied shades each color had, based on the fact that by this time, colored glass rods were bought, chosen specifically out of a vast range of variations and used for fabrication, there was no need to start from scratch.
I am illustrating the differences this way: Images 1, 2, 3 in a spatter with a banana yellow color and peach orange color, with red color.
Image 4, combo Kralik (2) vs Ruckl (4), lemon yellow color and pumpkin orange color, with red color.
Very nice display, and juxtaposition with Ruckl pieces.
Thank you Angus, glad you enjoyed this post content.
Thank you Eileen, it is a nice little decor tango Czech glass example, these added application don't always work for me, but this is restrained and just the right amount and color.
Thank you CW members for your loves, always very much appreciated.
