Rare cities service kool motor sign

Here's a sign I found at flea market it was with some repops you could see this one was not like the others very heavy at 2 pounds size was different 11"3/4 wide.I sent photo to some sign guys pros after having it looked at they all came up with same.it's real there is no repops made of this sign. Maybe a sample.
