The vase on the left of image 1, is a new addition to my Kralik collection, I was pleased to find it for several reasons. The color combination of baby blue and pink spatter, with the dark magenta base spatter, what I refer to a double spatter decor. The shape matters to as the foot is one that is not often used, a 45 degree angle shape, which matters in the general identification of Czech glass, I have found several vases with this foot, and with different upper body and rim.

Here I compare the large well known Ruckl vase, and a small Ruckl vase with a similar blue spatter decor, but one has a cobalt spatter base and the other has a magenta spatter base. Both have been used on other shapes and upper spatter colors in a double spatter approach, which I also identify as Ruckl.

I should add something to my original post, sometimes you dont see what you should have included, in this area of Czech glass identification that is on your mind, but does not make it to the page.

These double spatter decors were favored by both Ruckl and Kralik. Some are quite interesting. The red vase with green base spatter is also a decor that can be claimed to be Kralik or Ruckl, depending on the shape.

The blue and magenta base spatters, are found on many glass items, making the identification sometimes a little more complex. Both companies also used some unique decors, mixing fine spatter bodies with elaborate base spatter decors. Such as these ones:

      Ruckl:

Then we should also include the documented and colorful Ruckl Shimmy Pfau double spatter decors, shown in the Truitts Volume II book.
