My parents purchased this wash stand 51 years ago from an elderly lady who was selling her home in South Georgia. They have no info on the piece at all, my mom just liked. I have always been curious of how old it might be or where it came from. The only thing my father said is that he thinks the door was replaced at some point because it looks different from the rest of the piece. Any help would be great. Thank!
It is likely American Empire Revival in style appox 1890 to 1910. Verry nice but would have had 3 drawers and someone nearly ruined it all by adding the additional jug cabinet. Otherwise it would be perfect !
