Hoping to narrow the date for this piece. I know they were in biz 1880ish to 1930ish. Has a primitive release latch for putting in the 2 leaves which we also have. In large handwritten black is written B-113 on the underside of the table top. Thank you for any help or clues. Garage sale find, no chairs. Appreciate you :-)

Hi: I have this same table made by Webster mfg Co Superior, Wisconsin. I bought it in 1989 at a small antiqure store in Santa Cruz or Aptos, CA. It had a brass tag like the one on your table, but we had a house fire in 2012 so it was lost when my table was refinished. It came with 2 chairs and sometime in the mid-1990's I found a third chair at an estate sale that matched the other two. They have all been refinished now , so they don't have a manufacturer's mark on them. My table is marked underneath where the remnants of a paper tag are with the numbers 541-? maybe a 2. I have had it since 1989. I bought it before the Loma Prieta earthquake - that is how I remember when I got it. A friend of mine said he though it was birch or poplar. I do not know. I would like to know about when it was manufacturered and what type of wood it is as well. Thanks
