    Probaably related to some type of faming equipment. Not sure what they were used for at all. Very Heavy metal "pair" maybe?

      They look like some kind of old 'vises' to me at first glance, something that would otherwise be bolted to the underside of a workbench to allow other things to be clamped to the edge of said workbench. They're pretty cool, no matter what they are?! :-)

      I agree, they look like the slide/moveable jaw for a Quick Release Woodworking Vise!!
