Inherited this old boy w it’s possibly Korean pendulum. Problem currently it’s chiming one count off (6 times at 7 o’clock, 7 times at 8 o’clock etc).
HOW do I go about correcting this without damaging the fine inner workings??

Move the hour hand back one hour . It's a friction fit on the hour tube .
Hi - I have a similar clock and at the top left of the works (as you look at the clock face, behind 11 o'clock) on mine there is a lever. If you move that lever it advances the chime by one - so if you are chiming 6 at 7 you will need to advance it twice if your clock strikes the hour and half hour, once if just on the hour. Hope that makes some sense and helps ????
