I was mowing the paths on our family farm this past week and ran across a lone sunflower next to the corn field. With our old barn in the background (and my favorite old truck!),it made for a nice photo my wife really likes! We plan on building a house(*****and a bigger museum!!!!!!*****) here and moving back closer to my parents as soon as my Amish contractor gets back with me......
    Thanks for looking and enjoy!

I've always loved sunflowers. When I was growing up Mom always had a few of 'em at each corner of our vegetable garden...thanks for showing the awesome (and so *peaceful/tranquil* looking) photo, and for bringing back a couple unexpected good memories from the past!! :-) :-) :-)

There's something interesing about the florets in sunflowers. They appear to form two systems of spirals and reveal a pattern of successive Fibonacci numbers. Why ? We'll never know ! One of natures many mysteries.
