I have had this doll for about 22 years after my Mum got her at a local auction...trying to find out who the maker is but the only Mark's is 3 letters? On her shoulder.
Her head shoulders and legs are porcelain but her body is stuffed material.
    Thanks

She is a collector doll made in 1980s-90s . They made these to look like antique bisque dolls when antique doll prices were through the roof. Many people collected these thinking they would grow in value also . But that did not happen . She appears to have been signed with a Japanese or Chinese signature where many of these dolls were produced . The only hope to know maker is if someone can read Japanese or Chinese for you :-) She is a wonderful gift from your Mom and that makes her special .
