Could be a Margit Kovacs & whose boy ????

hi - I've never been here before - I think this mother and child might be Margit Kovacs - inside an oval mark that's hard to read - has Hungary at bottom tho, and boy is just chunky, terracotta & charming glazed guy. I bought each because they're charming - enjoy looking at them, and wonder if anyoneknows about them. thanks alot. sue
