Can somebody help me find some more information about this propane space heater? I think I have reached the end of the internet trying to find another one like it!

I remember these from growing up. They were sold by either Sears or Wards. Not sure about Wards but I know Sears has archives of all their products online for free.

Looks like the one from my Granny’s living room back in the 1960s.

Thank you fhrjr2! I will check out the Sears archives. Thank you Watchsearcher, 4! At least I know there is another one somewhere.

There was a Sears store in my grandparents’ town and she always received Sears catalogs. Based on that, I think theirs probably came from Sears.
Just looking at the picture brings back memories of the popping and creaking sounds it made as it heated up or cooled down and the sound the gas burner made.
It had to be lit by sticking a burning match into a hole ....no automatic lighter, and no grandkids allowed to do it. :^)

Watchsearcher I live in Northern Maine and I think you are probably right about this heater being sold by Sears but I haven't had a chance to put the model no. Into the Sears archives to see if it comes up. I was given this heater by a friend when it was removed from his camp located in through the Oxbow, Maine gate to the Northern Maine Woods. Sadly he passed away in 2014. The camp looked to me like it used to be an old logging camp. While researching online I came across some information that the manufacturer made heaters for the military. Loring Air Force Base Northern Maine may have been where it came from too. Thank you for your help!
