I purchased this quite awhile ago at the flea market. I am thinking i paid $5 or less for it. The man said it was from about 1910, but who knows. I just wanted it because it made me think of a cloud, and I was trying to assemble a "heavenly" display on my shelf.

There is a "W" in the glass in the center.

    14" wide x 8" high

    There is wear to it.

It does date to around 1910, Alien, and is by Westmoreland Glass Company. This is known as their "keystone" mark. The pattern is a colonial-type design that was very popular in this period, and into the 1920s.

One never knows at a flea market because some vendors will say anything to sell you something. Thank you for your information!
