GI Joe Man Of Action 1970 Plus Various Accessories

The Man of Action was one of the earliest flocked hair GI Joes. It was an evolution of the 1969 Adventurer. They were moving away from the military Joes and going to the Adventure Team. The Adventurer was like military figure but with a T shirt and he had the shoulder holster. In 1970 the flocked hair aka fuzz head. He had the army fatigue shirt and the shoulder holster. The standard hair color was brown. But they made too many Talking Astronaut heads and but them on the Man of Action and here is one of them.For this one I went through my footlockers full of stuff for spare parts and uniforms and came up with this. The shirt is for the Adventure Team Commander. It is faded a bit but works for me. Not sure if the pants are Hasbro but are high quality with stitched back pockets. Has the shoulder holster with pistol. That came with the Man of Action although this from my parts. Has a good belt with canteen and first aid pouch. Plus binoculars.
The thing that bugs me about fuzz heads is that GI Joe hats and helmets don't fit on them. I prefer the military era myself. I am thinking this guy is CIA.
