A few more shots from my "antique telephone month" display at Farley's Cafe near where I live.
These phones are Trimlines from the 1960s. The mod colors are quite a contrast to the staid black and white bakelite rotary and art deco phones (1920s and 30s) in the other photos.
The images above the trimlines are blowups of old telephone number cards, the little thing in the middle of the rotary dial that reminded you what your number was, with an English mnemonic (e.g. PEnnsylvania 6500).
Nice display!
Very nice display and the large dial cards catches your eye first.
I want a red Trimline phone!!!
