I have this mysterious lapel pin that I found while cleaning out my father-in-laws parents house. It’s a field of blue with a brass frame, looks similar to the shape of a police badge, and has the letters “R•A” in brass. I have no idea what this is - any thoughts or insight would be helpful and appreciated. Thank you.

Hello! I am not sure if this is exactly the same, but could it be part of a Quiet Birdman pin? https://www.flyingtigerantiques.com/nice-1930s-1940s-quiet-birdmen-lapel-pin-in-sterling-by-unknown-maker.html
