My mom would collect dolls and give them to me as presents. I was never allowed to play with them and they just sit on the shelf. This one has a J with another letter that is hard to make out. The number 0031 is under the marking. Just wondering if anyone could help me out. Thanks,

This is a modern doll, I'm not familiar with the maker, someone else may be able to help you there.
