Who are these Plush Bears?

Can anyone identify who made these bears? The first one she is jointed (and here neck, arms and feet are movable). I think she was holding something before but now gone as there are traces of dried glue. The second one is plain as it is. Both has missing tags. I thought the firt one is made by Pickford but it is only an assumption. Google image think the first image is Fennec fox and domesticated fox (lol). Any help will greatly appreciated.
