      I would value that bike between $150-$20o is the a light on the front fender. I would clean the bike up and ride it as is. has great patina wouldnt really help the value by restoring it probably will hurt the value more then anything.

      I agree with 'npence', I'd leave it as is, go through the bearings and replace the tire and tubes and just ride it!
      I've got a '53 Monark and that's what I did with it
