    I did have the opportunity to meet the artist CJ Spartz (please forgive if spelled wrong) He crafted the fish decoys in his garage in Osseo Minnesota. From a sheet of copper he would make these.. Dubbed "The Lucky Catch" Lovingly pounded out on an old beat up piece of leather with his special hammer. I am glad I was able to purchase one for my eclectic collection
