    My father bought this ring for my mother back in the 70s and he said that it was old then. Both my parents and all my grandparents have passed, so there's no one left who might know anything about this ring.

    It looks similar to some 1930s halo rings, but that's as far as I've gotten. It looks like the band is yellow gold, but the diamonds are set in white gold or platinum, perhaps?

    Can anyone with more knowledge in vintage/antique jewelry give feedback on a possible date and era of this ring? Thank you!

      Rose cut diamonds and gold. Looks old.
      Close up images of the marks are needed for positive identification. Only 14 K is seen for .585 gold standard.
