Well, I had to include the obligatory cranberry bowls which I have many examples of in my collection. This pair are very similar when you look at the top ruffles and how they are pulled up to look like flames. Some claim that this crystal decoration is typical of S & W. One of the bowls has a crystal band around the bowl's circumference. I'm assuming it originally would have sat in a metal EPNS frame. As many of you would know, they often get separated over the years and are lost. Each has a polished pontil and similar dimensions. They are larger than the usual cranberry jam dishes. They are 25 cms diameter and approx. 11 cms high. Probably made in Stourbridge, England in the last 15 years of the 19th century. One was purchased on-line locally and the other was from the U.S.
