Picked up this amazing Cobalt Blue bulbous vase today that has thick white enamelled flowers and dots. It has tremendous age wear, is cased white inside and is unsigned. It has a wide under-base rim with a recessed smooth pontil. It measures 7 1/4” tall. Any ideas as to maker or where it was made?

My gut says Bohemian / Czech, but nothing definitive.

is the first Mary Gregory style vase with three layers I have seen.... I think it is Bohemian because of this....

Thank you kivatinitz...it is not three layers unless you are including the applied raised enameled flowers. There is no clear glass layer like most Bohemian glass has. The cobalt blue is thick. It is such a strange vase; it looks like the upper oval section is sitting in a footed cup (like an egg cup).
Thank you twentiethc for the comments...I was leaning more towards a Legras like maker but it's not in the catalogues that I looked in.
Thank you kwqd, Watchsearcher, fortapache, Newfld, inky, vetraio50 and aura for the loves, RER
