Two vase / baskets and what I believe is a jam dish [photo 2]. The upward extending leaves on the vases were a popular Kralik design element and they were decorated in a variety of colours and many had inclusions. The vaseline vase has cranberry added to the top [photo 4]. The jam dish, which I've seen on-line in its metal holder and described as such, is very pretty. Rich vaseline and lovely pale cranberry pink leaves radiate horizontally from the top of the bowl - don't want them being knocked about by the nasty jam spoon! Glass is quite thick and is heavy for its size. The pontil is polished. Height is 3.5 cms and width to the fullest extension of the leaves is 16 cms. The colour-way on the vase in photo 3 is splashed with white, cranberry and green and it has randomly scattered silver metallic inclusions. The leaves are crystal. The pontil is snapped and recessed. Height is 17 cms. The vaseline vase [photo 4] has cranberry mixed with pale vaseline at the top. There is also a hint of opalescence. It is slightly smaller across the bulbous body which also has a snapped and recessed pontil.
All are so beautiful, esp love the color splash design in third photo
Thanks, again, Newfld. All of them are attractive designs and would still look lovely in any era. I have admired them for a long time and it's a pleasure to discover new shapes and colours. I wish I had a few more to spread around the house.
