Unusual green jug with threading, applied crystal pinch work on lower neck and bulbous six lobed body. I'm not sure about origin - could be English or Bohemian? It was obtained from England. Made in last 15 years of 19th century. Colour is very appealing and the threading around the top / neck intensifies the colour. It has a polished pontil. The body would have been blown in a mould and you can see evidence where the neck was trimmed with the glassmaker's shears then smoothed. Height is 14 cms and width at widest diameter of body is 13 cms.
