Pair of Welz Vases / Bowls

Two interesting vases with each of them slightly differing in terms of size, colour and weight. Obviously, a glassworker was given instructions to make the same vase so many times in a production run. Because these vases were hand blown, minor variations were bound to occur. This crimped top has been seen many times featured in Welz glass. They have a small, solid pedestal foot with a semi polished pontil. The decor is splashed cranberry and white over clear? Height is 8 cms and width is also 8 cms from ruffle to ruffle. The bulbous body is a couple of cms wider. They sit well together on the shelf. Made first 5 years of 20th century?
