    From what I can tell there was a hole purposely placed the bottom of this cup... The provenance is from a great aunt out of Newark, NJ circa anytime from 1920-1980 (this is when she would have either purchased or acquired)

      Beautiful Dresden pieces, the H with wings mark was used by Franziska Hirsch between 1900-1930. Lovely floral scroll design
