19930's. Vintage Art Deco Spelter Lamp by the J. B. Hirsch Foundry. Artist is Gerdago of Vienna.
10 inches across base
4 1/4 width of base
9 inches tall to tip of her hat.

no, the artist had no name like that - that info is from many years ago when they guessed the artist name. The artist is Ignacio Gallo. Here is a writeup which gives the required info: MYSTERY SOLVED

Hello Phil D Morris, Thank you so much for your help. The Globe that I have with it is a clear and says GE Capital. Do you know if that would be the Globe that belongs on the lamp? Once again thank you for your help and the link!????
No not really but if it fits, hey. They usually had Pairpoint do their globes which were decorated with concentric lines of bubbles. here is a vase with a concentric glass globe, note the lines, precise and nicely detailed.
