Wondering what the marks on the back of her neck mean? She’s made of hard plastic. Very well loved!

I am not sure of maker but she has a look of a Italy made doll . Are you in Europe ? She has no country of origin on her and to export to USA it would need to be on the doll . Unless she was made in US and she doesn't appear to be a USA made doll. She is what is called a Patty Playpal type doll because of her height .They make nice display dolls and can wear a real childs clothes .
